Shipping

All orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days of your purchase, except for orders paid for by check (see Payment information below). Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Túcan Clothing does not ship out on major business holidays. All orders shall be shipped with a tracking number. Túcan shall not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

Delivery dates and lead times are estimates only and are subject to change.  Túcan Clothing will not be liable for loss or damage due to delay regardless of the reason for delay or inability to deliver.  Under no circumstances shall Túcan Clothing be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect, or liquidated damages, losses or expenses arising directly or indirectly from delays or failure to give notice of delay or inability to deliver even if caused by Túcan Clothing’s sole negligence or fault.

AVAILABILITY

All products are generally in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received or a refund will be issued. Items in your shopping cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availability.

 

PAYMENT

Túcan Clothing accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, Paypal and checks.

For Paypal payments, please ensure your shipping address is a confirmed address with Paypal. Túcan Clothing will not ship to an unconfirmed shipping address. Orders with unconfirmed shipping address will be refunded.

For check payments, orders are processed for shipping after checks have cleared.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Only items purchased at Tucanclothing.com are eligible for returns. For orders shipped within the United States, all returns must be made within 14 days of placing your order. For orders shipped outside the United States, all returns must be made within 30 days of placing your order. Prior to shipping back to Túcan Clothing, all returns must be authorized by phone (708-704-6358) or e-mail (jason@tucanclothing.com). You will be provided with a return confirmation number. ALL SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS. All products returned must be in original unused condition, without any tags removed. Products returned damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to you, at your expense. You acknowledge and agree that Túcan Clothing may charge your credit card or Paypal account for any shipping expense for rejected returns. All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt Túcan Clothing reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. If store credit is issued it must be used within 30 days of date issued. Returns must be sent to:
